  • If they dont solve this  week, I think there will be a ton of chargebacks  

    • I perhaps have led the charge....as in chargebacks....

    • If they aren't paying attention to how many network creators are complaining and looking for another platform to move to, over how they are doing things, they are only going to lose this entirely. They will go from making money to owing money, very quickly

  • This my friends is total bullshit and we all know it.  Those of us hanging on, we belong to a club called "THE NINGSTERS WHO KEEP GETTING ZINGED"  For me it is "exit, stage left" now that American Express is going after them for me.  

    • They are? Fantastic! I hope they sock it to them big time. My site will load all but the left hand column of the site, and it refuses to let me access the Management console. I am so fed up I can't stand it

  • Let's not forget to mention emails from google like this below. Been going on with me for a year and Ning has not resolved this. I don't have access to the server so no way to do anything on my part. Seems they don't even have secure servers. Result is that in google search there is a disclaimer in the results for my community - "This site may be hacked".  I think I have reason to be more than dissatisfied but wanting money returned and compensation.

  • For all those with 500 errors (which includes about half of my own networks right now) - my previous experience has been that the Ning "team" doesn't work weekends and that this won't be addressed until someone comes into the office tomorrow.  :\  Aside from the unconscionable act of deleting mini networks that don't upgrade (and thereby deleting USER-CREATED content that in Ning's double-viral model brought more users and presumably paying customers to the platform), it's just hard to believe that they are moving forward with doubling the prices after worsening reliability of the Ning over the last several months and now putting us through this transition...

    • I hope it's only that but for the amount of money they expect, service should be better than this.
