                • If this is happening because they are working on the platform, they should at least alert the NCs of the maintenance and of possible problems. At the very least they should let us know something. They are behaving less and less professional all the time.

              • It is kind of comical to get the message that if I receive the Sorry message again I should let them know. Naturally I have the Help Center email address, but for those who don't have it. Not being able to access the Management console page would make alerting Ning impossible to do. It is like there is no logic to that.

                • Absolutely not. It's weird, I was able to get in all weekend when others here said they couldn't get into their own sites. Then about noon yesterday, I was shut out. Hopefully, you being able to see a bit of your site is a sign that things are being restored? Darned if we know, nobody has sent  any updates from Ning or whoever is maybe minding the store.

                  • The Platform is getting less and less professional. I have seen Ning go from being extremely raw. Back before they even had any links to request assistance or to email them about anything period. Than I saw that improve, and watched things develop, and to my disgust I have watched it all self destruct over time. It sickens me to watch that happen to a platform which showed as much promise as they once did.

    • A smaller not well known browser is not the answer.  If it is down, it is down and not the problem of the ISP.   Just check it it.  Thanks for the suggestion.  Here is my site:

      • Tor did not work for me ;(

      • Certainly not an all-purpose measure, I agree. If your site is down no browser will reach it. But for those whose sites are up, and have some members who cannot access it, this is an option to try. We have members who were unable to access via other browsers, and had success with TOR.

  • "500; Unepected Errors" plague my main site but not my auxilary sites. Why is that? Are you targeting the larger use sties? It is killing my relaibilty on which our creditility relies. I am not getting what I am paying for!  HELP GET THIS RIGHT!

  • Hi,

As your first priority please stabilise the existing estate.

I wanted to see how much I have been paying each year, but get an error when trying to look at previous payment history:

    OOPS!

We are unable to load pricing data at this time. Please check back in 15 minutes. Thanks, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

I work in IT and I am sure you don't really believe that it will all be working in 15 minutes time unless my error triggers an on call support guy to start investigating.

I just want my site to work. If you want me to pay more then you need to improve the service first.

  • My site was working this morning like a champ, now all I get is the 500 error message. Where the heck is Ning?!?
