We are pleased to announce that Cyndx LLC entered into an agreement with Mode Media to take over the operations of Ning Inc from Mode Media effective immediately.  The Ning and Cyndx teams together are bigger, stronger, and better positioned to provide innovative media solutions that will improve our customers social experience.

  • After the absolute failure to respond to hundreds of crys for help this weekend, I would like to know if going forward we can expect

    1) Timely response to issues

    2) A phone number that can be reached 24/7 for support

    Thousands of dollars have been lost by NING owners in a 72 hour period with no response to issues, will this be what we are to expect?

  • Escribo aquí porque ya envié 2 correos a support@ning.com y no tengo respuesta. 
    No puedo ingresar al "dashboard" (trabajoencorrientes.ning.com). Esto ocasiona que no pueda gestionar varias funcionalidades de la red, como por ejemplo no puedo publicar un banner que un cliente ha contratado. Es grave, deberían responder.

    • Te escucho, mi amigo. El problema está sucediendo a todos nosotros hoy, y muchos de nosotros son tan enojado que estamos listos para encontrar otra plataforma de red para migrar nuestros sitios. Con los precios que nos están cobrando, merecemos mucho mejor que lo que han estado haciendo. Espero que los problemas se enderezan para todos nosotros.

    • I got the same thing.  And then when I said "no thank you" they wrote and said I could cancel.  DUH!   I wrote that I want a full refund.
