Low and behold, look what I just got:
iKnifecollector.com is still having the chat issue also. Kos is correct Things need to function inside the website and when they don't...they need to get fixed. No communication is yet again becoming very frustrating
Chat still is not working. Just says connecting. Tried 3 different devices and different browsers... same issue... and others are having the same issue as well.
This morning 'Chat' will not connect. *sigh* Come on Ning. Things need to function inside the website..............

The issue affected only a certain server that was under maintenance and all networks that were based on that server. Your network new-covenant.co.uk is working fine on our end.Please let us know if it's OK.
Network is back up... but, chat is no longer working.
Pingdom said I came back up at 4:30. Did a hard refresh and my Chat is posting as well. Try a hard refresh and see if it helps. It pulls the images directly off of the server.

Just checked the chat on your network, and for some reason, it's loading for me, also I can see several members there. Please let me know if it still doesn't work on your and I'll ask developers to take a look on this.

Kyryl nope. Just did a hard refresh and it's still 'stuck' saying it's loading. Then I shut down and rebooted. Same result in Chrome as in Firefox. Send support the page URL earlier this morning and here's the screenshot. No word back from them as yet
