Step 1: Add code below to advanced/custom css box. 

#xg_masthead {visibility:hidden;}
#xg_ad_above_header {margin-bottom:-70px!important;height:auto;}

Step 2: Add code below to above header ad box.

<div style="margin: 5px; float: right;">ADD YOUR LEADERBOARD ADSENSE CODE HERE</div>

<div style="margin: 5px; float: left;">CLICK IMAGE BUTTON INSIDE AD BOX TO UPLOAD YOUR LOGO HERE</div>

Step 3: Click save and you're all set. Click image above or visit my site http://webseriesnetwork.com to see it live in action.

your Step 2 is not clear at all. please make it clear where is above header ad box. located?

above header ad box is a setting you check at the bottom of your Features Layout, which is under your Dashboard-Settings.
