I submitted several tickets for a second account on Ning through mail.com but I still cant get into the account. Its still coming up on the Ning Directory (another ning site) as the profile has been disabled. Any thoughts?

Wow, I'm sure sorry to hear this. I just had another one of our most active members tell me she's been locked out since last Friday, and just got back in. I hope Ning Support is able to reactivate your accounts, asap.

You should be able to sign in to http://help.ning.com to access the number or it should be in the autoresponse you get form the Help Center.

Ive been trying to sign in but for some reason it wont let me. Yup wont let me sign in on that account...and the url required isnt my site. Its the only site I belong to with a different name for business purposes.

Yes. Stupid me I think I deleted the automated ones that went to the email addy that its locked out of. Grrrrr
