Is anyone else experiencing the 500 error page coming up and their network not loading at this time ?

Okay, I just got word that our team has identified the cause of this issue and it is now resolved.
What was wrong?
I have been getting lots of complaints from my network today
I don't have all the technical details to share, but it was affecting a small group or cluster of sites. It should be all back to normal now.

Thank you Eric for the quick response, its fixed indeed and seems to be a bit least slower today for some members.
Lots of complaints of the 500 Unexpected Error page again - as of today. Please help.
Same here, I am calling support now.
No response, closed until the 2nd Jan, I will try to open a ticket instead
There was an issue with a different network that lives on the same server as your network that began at around 7 a.m. PST. Any network on that server would have seen slowness and 500 errors during that time. Our on-call team quickly addressed the issue and you should now see your network back up and running smoothly at this point.
