ABOUT NEW INVITATION MODULE

Hi it is great to see that the member invitation module is getting an upgrade, I just want to ask and suggest that in addition to adding FB, Twitter and other networks, Ning should provide a way for NC to remove the "Member count" from all invitation emails. This is something I believe most of us want to remove but it seem there is no option to do that now. Thanks

I think it will even be better to remove the whole network statistics section on invitation emails.

This isn't quite related to the invitation changes we're currently making. But, this is a request we've heard before. I think that most people with smaller networks object to including the stats like the number of people on the network. Redesigning the invitation email message won't be possible for this project, but we are interested in knowing if there are particular details that you don't want in there. Is it just the member count that bugs you?

Hi Eric thanks for the update on this, okay since its not yet possible to redesign the invitation email, removing only the member count (Number of network members) is what that is most important. Thanks

Removing all stats and being able to replace with our own custom wording, then people who like stats can have them and others can say whatever.
Also, please remove the random member photos as we have no idea what determines them. Maybe give the option for featured members.

This don't really bother me a lot but since I removed member count on the /profiles/members I would like also not to be in the messages
