AD TEXT BOX NOT WORKING

Here's the problem....When I try to add NEW banner codes in the text box on the front page,
the banner code disappears after I hit save. I can't add new advertising codes in the text box on the front page.
Please don't tell me to clean my cookies / clear cache, or hit CTRL+F5. I already done that. It doesn't work.

I been with Ning for 9 years, and I can't get someone to fix this issue.
I have old ads on my site now, but I'm trying to replace them.

  • I can't see your code but if it's an i-frame, yes, Ning is aware of the problem.  i-frames being wiped out was reported 1-2 days ago.  Go ahead and file a ticket but I'm guessing you'll be told "we're working on it".  So aggravating!  Hope Ning gets it resolved fast for you.

    • It's not just iframes - *ANY* javascript is being stripped, so ad boxes, embeds, etc.

    never seen this before but apparently I can't get into support at all
    • I had this come up the other day when the photo uploads, well any uploads for that matter stopped working. That seems all ok now though but not tried adding any tickets yet.

    (This connection is not secure. Logins entered here could be compromised) is this a Ning error?

    If so or if not how do we fix this... This message can kill a community real fast... WHATZ GOIN ON HERE?... Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You are not alone here too. Lost my scrolling code that way. It had been working for months until I recently tried to upgrade the text... IT ALL JUST DIS-A-DAM-APPEARED..
