Add author image to google search results
In the past when working with Wordpress I have been able to add the blog author's profile image from Google+ on the search result page for Google like this:
I'm just curious if there is any sort of similar way to do this with Ning by adding the correct links to the profile pages in custom fields somehow. I know Ning is not a blogging software specifically, but there are blogs available for each user so I was curious if this has ever been done.
