Add member + pages sidebar to the left...?

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to add this code to my website on a three column layout. It works great except for some reason it pushes my right column down to the bottom when I put it in. I was wondering if anyone could help me with resolving this? I'm quite new to Ning and have no idea where to start.

.xg_widget_groups_group_show .xg_3col, .xg_span-16 {width: 938px;}

.xg_widget_groups_group_show .xg_span-12 {width: 745px;float: right;}

.xg_widget_groups_group_show .xj_classic_sidebar {display: none;}

.xg_widget_groups_group_show .xg_span-8 {width: 555px;margin-top: 32px;}

In my knowledge you are using  .xg_widget_groups_group_show .xg_3col, .xg_span-16 {width: 938px;}

which is very big width and there will not be any space for right column. Use appropriate width size that is less than 747px
