Add a message to the main chat room?

Hi all

 

I'm fairly new to Ning, I inherited our site from my predecessor, who designed it & set it up. I may have missed something in the setup, but a fairly extensive hunt around has not unearthed any solution to my question!

Is there a way to add text above the window in the chat room? I want to include a message to let people know the times of our regular chats (we have weekly times we fun facilitated chat sessions), but I can't work out how to add a message.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello guys,

I see that you are having problems with the chat bar when the previous codes are used. Below is the updated fix which solves the chat bar issue, see attachment code.

I inserted text using the language editor, works just as well. Here is an example.
