Adding network logo- need help!

I have completely added logo to my network, but the width is so big. Anyone can help me to reduce the width of my network header?  I greatly appreciate your help. Please see the screenshot below,

Your logo is in PNG format where you can't see the actual size of the logo. Your logo size is too big ..try reducing the size of the logo.
