(good for adverts and offers), since most of broadcast mail ends-up in junk and pm delivery would assure readability.
can be done either way :
1.integrated broadcast
2. automatically make all members as a friend of admin

Yes I'd definately like to see this. To be honest, if I want to send my members an email - I do just that. If I want to tell them something about the site, I'd prefer to do it ON THE SITE:)
