Hey!

I think there should be an icon of some sort next to admin and moderator names to let people know who they are easily. Like last.fm. Staff have a red dot and moderators have an orange dot next to their name so you know who to ask if you have a question. I think it would help members out.

Good idea.
I would also like to see this. It should be something included in the next big update maybe.

For now though I would suggest that you take your network logo (if you have one) and put it on your profile photo, just the creators do here at Ning Creators. They put the Ning logo in their profile photo, and I have done the same on my network with my logo and profile picture.
Honestly I'd love to see something like "Admin" "Moderator" etc, added as text next to name or under name... People not familiar with Ning may not understand dots and icons on photos.
