The maintenance took a bit longer than we had anticipated—it's now almost 5 a.m. But Ning Networks are back online and speedy!
During the maintenance, we displayed branded maintenance pages for a short time until a caching issue prevented them from appearing on many Ning Networks. We worked hard to try to replace the branded maintenance pages, but ultimately decided that it was more important to get Ning Networks back up and running than to put further work into recovering the branded pages.
We've taken steps to ensure this will not happen during the next downtime. We'd like to thank you all again for your patience!
Update 5:10 am: Some Ning Networks are still seeing errors. We're also investigating an issue with Premium Services billing. If you're experiencing any of these issues on your Ning Network, please let us know.
Update 6:20 am: Most errors are resolved. If you're still seeing any on your Ning Network, keep us posted!
