Please I like to know that there is any way to retrieve deleted Discussions? If there is, please your advise in this subject.

Hi, Norbert. There's not a way to restore a deleted discussion, but we do have a Ning Archiver App that can help you make a straight backup of the content on your network. Bug, again, it won't allow you to restore a deleted discussion. Hope this helps.
