Hi everyone

I am hoping someone might be able to help me - my network is set to approve or decline members and the button is not working. I am so frustrated trying to even get a ticket to Ning about the problem - where in the hell do you go to even open a ticket that falls outside the narrow 4 options they provide? I opened a ticket under one of the categories even though it did not match the problem and it has been over 72 hours and I have not heard a peep out of them.

I am not a programmer nor do I ever access any 'back end' code to my network because I have never had a problem like this before.

Can anyone advise? I have members waiting for approval and I am at a loss of how to fix the problem.

Thank you
Dandarius
