I tried to send a preview of a broadcast message and didn't receive it. Are broadcast messages working?

I'm also not receiving previews for broadcast messages. I've sent my message out about 4 times this morning and none of them have come through. I need to send one out today but I never send it until I've seen it first, so I hope this gets resolved today.

To help us track these issues better, please send us a ticket through the "Contact Support" link in the Support area of your My Network dashboard if you haven't already. It would be especially helpful to know the following pieces of information:
The more specific information we have, the faster we'll be able to resolve this. Here's an example:
