Automatic Greeting Message for a Birthday.

I wonder if Ning will be working on this or someone has an alternative option.
Please if someone knows I'll be more than grateful, because I find it very difficult to send more than 20 daily greetings.

Great idea! I am tired of sending greetings to my members, so I turn-off this feature.

As there are bots that can spam our networks there must be a solution to post auto-greetings..

Members get very happy when they receive a greeting card from a network, they feel important and feel they are part of the network, and that encourages them to participate more. At least that's the kind of response I get from the greeting I sent. This is the reason why we do not disable this function. but the truth is that  having to send one by one is frustrating.

We have a "greeting team" who volunteer to do this. It takes the work load off of me and they enjoy doing it.  We have a special administrative group where the birthday banners are posted that they use.  Just a simple copy and paste and it's done.  Each volunteer does this for one week and then it rotates to the next person.  It works out well for us.

FB has revamp their birthday "box" and it is quiet simple now.

You just have to clic on birthdays and get a pop up with all the birthday of the day... it is not automatic but you can do the job without leaving this pop up... Forget about the 20 members different profile pages

This is quiet a good solution
