I saw this toolbar in a Blog and loved it. I followed the link and turns out it's free, easy to design and install and preety cool.

 

Has a bunch of apps like Translator, latest posts, Chat, Twitter and Fb, how many members online and more and you can customize wich ones you want, color for toolbar, etc.
