Hello, lets do design competition by the month:

the rules are:

creator posts his website, saying "Rate mine" and other members voting (by replying to the post "+1")

the one, who gets the most votes wins the competition.

ok i want this to sound constructive  but honnest your background image ..to me just doesnt work the bottom links are too hard to seee with the background the top as and the videos below it should be aligned better  it just kinda looks awkward with the add  and vids not centered properly and the signin  form on the right  looks out of place or ..just off  cause of the way the background falls behind it (assumming this is a splash page?) i cant find a way into your site to see the rest of it so im guessing its private and only way to seethe rest is to join?

i would put that form in a containing div or table and give it its own background (color or image)

oh also u have no page title yet

and though i think what yoir setting up is sorta a  christian dating site (yea i watched the flash animation a bit to get an idea what the site was about) you are using the .me domain which is meant for personal "me" pages like blogs and this is my type pages

i know its a cheap domain but not being a top level domain will hurt yoir traffic so u might want the .com version (www.domains-names-registration.com gives u discounts if you get .me .xcom .org together as an example)

also you have no real indexable text on the only page visible to sarch engines  flash isnt indexable

you want a few hundred words with yoir most important keywords  up front

i know i've listed alot of..problems  but im hoping thsat that helps you figure out ways to improve it.

oh if you plan on having most of the site blocked from public view you might want  a few pages up front to give a sneak previw of whats inside

A tip I would like to share....Google Apps (free) is the best domain/administrator money can by. $10 buys you an enom or godaddy domain with privacy included not to mention all the hr/IT/and Admin applications to assist small business included. 10 dollars a year!!!

ok i figured out those links at bottom were your sites navigation ..wich wasnt at all clear to me i assumed those were outside links cause like i said i thought it was a christian dating m=not music site ..its not clear enough what the sites about and the navigations awkward being at the bottom 

the transparacies on the talent post pages ..it s a cool effect but over done so the content nearly vannishes when your not hovering over it if it only went to say 70% opacity  so it was slightly see through  but still clearly visible and readable would help as it is you might load the page and think theres nothing there if you didnt hover over it

i hope you accept it as all constructive and you shouldnt feel like you have to fix every point i pointed out  but just tweak the main parts  a bit  so its more functional without comprimising your creative vission

ok thats  a bit  better stu=ill you have virtualy no indexable text

you should have at least about 300 words text explaining what the sites about as sophisticated as web bots are they still need enough text to figure out what your sites all about

i tried looking at the html to see what text would be indexabkle but you have the right click disabled

ok this is my honnest critisism .. it seems like you threw in all the bells and whistles before you added the meat and potatoes

by that i mean u have the text resizer you have the right click disabler you  have the slider./etx  but the basic text is missing

without that it wont function

i would take a momment and write out what yiu want the page to say..not look like..say.. add that which adding 300+ words of text  will alter the design itself as you have to fit it in with the other elements..then once the text is added  design the sites other "flashy" features around that..the text is what will make the site work  it gives the reader somethng to read that encourages them to join and gives search engines an idea of whats in the site

did you start with a theme and modify it or build that in designer mode  from scratch

cause you've taken it so far from the original them its not recognizable

u did some great customizing and streamlined the whole functioning of your site..pretty impressed

well good job   and bout sw  it all depends most are in it for the right reasons and have possitive results but some   are either very curupt or are in it for the right reasons but  for some reason act  completely against whats right and just..

i could tell u some true stories that would shock u

Trust me...I live it. I think the bottom line is that hurting people have the inability to feel others pain. Unfortunately, poor self-care leads to ineffectiveness. I created my site because sometimes the helpers need help and support too.
