BEST NING SITE DESIGNS
I know a lot of ning site designers would love to spice up their pages. It would be great to see ideas about how to come out of the standard 3 column square edge design. I thought I would also take the time to showcase our site The Resistance. Share your links and screen shots. Wholeness!

I had suggested a couple of years ago that NING start a "Design Hall of Fame" area with examples of site design that they thought stood above the crowd.....still would like to see something like that for inspiration.......

I couldn't agree more Paul. It used to be we could *see* the diff. Ning sites via a circular carousel that was broken down by topic and they did away with it. Such a shame b/c we not only cannot see what's out there, but we can no longer find other networks with maybe our own personal interests to join.

Looks like a WOW slider hosted off Ning and displayed through an iFrame. There aren't many sliders that you can use on Ning without getting a clunky load, so this solution is one way round it.
