BigContact FeedPlayer Embed Code Getting Stripped by Ning Text Boxes

We have been trying to get the Feed Player offered by BigContact.com to embed and play properly when embeded into the text boxes on Ning network member pages on our site for weeks now, but keep having issues that prevent it from displaying or playing at all, especially in Firefox.

I have attached a txt file containing an example of the original embed code. After this code is pasted into a text box on a profile page, Ning apparently completely strips out the link to the flash file in the object tag, but the same link contained within the param tag remains untouched. Because the file link is stripped from the object tag, it means some browsers such as Firefox can't display the flash player, so instead of seeing it, all you see is a big empty (white) box. The player does work this way in Safari and Internet Explorer, but I have not checked Google Chrome.

Still, if the code weren't stripped by Ning, it would work in all browsers. Ning, why are you doing this, and can you change it? Please?
