I have my atm card from bank,have created pay pal account,want ot pay the yearly amount for small one but it wont go through, is there going to be any way for people to pay with money order that dont own a credit card. we never have had one and wont, but my buisness in on the ning network, I need answer so I dont lose this. In order for someone to assist you properly, you should provide more detail. Outline the steps you took to attempt to create your account, and list any message you may have received informing you of why your transaction could not be processed when you made the attempt.
