I've noticed blank replies on my network http://webseriesnetwork.com whenever I add reply. Usually have to Edit the message and resubmit before message shows on the forum. Anyone else having the same thing? -Thanks!

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on December 15, 2011 at 11:42am Hey, Rich. I have a few reports that sort of sound similar to this one you are raising. Have you by any chance submitted a ticket to our support team? If so, can you share a ticket number with me? We are taking a look at these issues right now. Thanks!

Permalink Reply by Raj on December 25, 2011 at 10:52pm Any update on it Eric.
We are also noticing this a lot and this is leading to lot of frustration amongst members.
How does one feel after typing a big reply and submits..but it never comes and is lost..There is no auto-recover option too for forum. We are seeing so many blank replies on our site, www.schooladmissions.in.
Thanks,
Raj
Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on December 25, 2011 at 11:05pm Thanks for asking, Raj. We've a handful of these types of reports, and we've been following up on them in tickets, so I would definitely encourage you to submit a ticket if you haven't yet. We haven't found a single smoking gun around these reports, which is not to say that there isn't one. We just have found that most instances had different explanations. If there's something more going on, additional reports are a huge help for us to find out for sure.
Permalink Reply by Raj on December 28, 2011 at 7:48am We have submitted the ticket for the same. It is a major issue and we hope it can be resolved asap.

60% of the time any reply posted is not getting posted. Instead a blank reply is showing up in forum discussions and blogs too sometimes. This is causing us a major embarrassment and loss of face as well as wasting everyone's time and effort. Many members are complaining of this now.
I saw another similar complaint on creators.ning.com talking about this problem on their network.
What is the reason and what is the solution ??
Please help....urgently.
Thanks,
Raj

I have a team working on this. We are struggling to reproduce it which is slowing us down.
Thanks,

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on January 5, 2012 at 1:08pm Just wanted to update you folks about this. I am told that the fix for this should be going live today. So, hopefully this will clear up the issue. We'll follow up in individual tickets when this has been made live.

The fix for this should be live now.
Thanks,
