Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I cannot have realistic insight of my network if my primary base of information, the .csv, is not perfect.

The main problem is on categories of users but not limited to.


Suggestions?

    Is it possible that what you are seeing is profile questions left blank?  If so, you may need to set them to *required and send a broadcast message to get members to update their profile.  I am happy to take a look at the CSV for you if you are still having trouble with this.  Its kind of a classic problem until you get the hang of the profiles...

      It's kinda strange actually, I have a profile question set as mandatory and it's "select your category" based on the answer I ask ning to add my members to a specific category

      In any case all members (eccept from 1 single category - volunteers -) appear without badge and in the admin panel they are "members (default)"

      Take for instance this user "Alessio Solinas" - it appears as member (default) but at the same time in his profile page, in the "about"

      It has actually a category selected. I need then to go in my admin panel and manually add him to the category he picked and only then he would be set properly.

      and also profile page and badge looks ok now.

      This is the main issue with this specific field, that also has "blank issue" in the .csv file. Mostly the problem is on oldest members, they where all "default" ones and I moved them into supporters since they are not very active. (I did this by admin panel) the database seems not to recognize this change and leaves a lot o blank fields.

      I said, it's weird. Don't know what to do.

        Sorry for this, we have informed our tech team that CSV file that has been created is incomplete, and they will take a look what could be causing such an issue.

        We will send the email to the email address that ahs been used to create the network when the issue will be reviewed.
