Cambiar Plan - Cuenta caducada
A quien pueda ayudarme,
Mi red está caducada y a 10 días de ser desactivada, tengo el plan NING PLUS, pero en esta ocasión no he podido reunir la cuota anual 240 dólares. Me gustaría mantener mi red, sacrificando algunas complementos, miembros y cambiarme a NIN Mini. ¿Todavía puedo hacerlo? ¿Cómo puedo hacer para pagar únicamente un mes del PLUS que ya debo, y cambiar mi plan?
Agradezco la ayuda u orientación que pudieran brindarme.
