and then google James R. Phillips Springfield, MO and found him on another ning network with the same profile question answer "none none" http://ning.it/r5tfOu and some more ning networks:

He's real good, even uploading profile pictures based on the network logo to look more real!
on another note its kind of cool to see how many ning networks are out there by looking at his results in google search.

Dont delete him. Always 'suspend for spam'. That way the email will be added to the spam list and also they wont be able to use that email on your site again. That spammer showed up on my site too and I have 'fixed' him terribly.
I have succeeded greatly in dealing with spammers and scammers on my site. I have zero tolerance for them.

how would he verify the network account if he doesn't have access to the email address?
I'm kinda curious as to what exactly he is spamming. Typically, spammers don't use their email addresses they use for Facebook.
