I have be trying to clear my networks cache and when I add the
(lib/scripts/invalidateCache.php) to the end of my network URL it just loads and loads.
When I have a new member to approve the notification stays in the right hand column until I clear the cache. I assume it was a glitch or hiccup so I never reported it because I could clear the cache and remove the notification. I can't do that today. I circled the notification in the screen shot below

Permalink Reply by Neil Payne on July 16, 2012 at 8:27am I need to edit the welcome text on our sign-in page and did so with the Language editor, but I can't see the new text. I've emptied my browser cache, is there anything I can do about a Ning cache?
Hi Neil,
You shouldn't need to clear a cache in order to see language changes. Is it possible that you edited a different piece of language than the one you expected?
Thanks,
Phil
Permalink Reply by Neil Payne on July 16, 2012 at 10:34am Thanks, Phil. You're correct. I edited the text on "Apply for membership now. If you're already a member, <a %s>sign in</a>." and thought that was all I needed.
Then (after adding my comment in this thread), I realized I needed to edit "New? <a %s>Click here to join</a>" and also "New? <a %1$s>Click here to join</a>"
