There are so many sites operating on Ning Platform. Some are doing well and some like me are still struggling. As on date Alexa ranking of my site http://thatsme.in is  347,497 Traffic Rank in IN: 61,161

If we exchange links among ourselves, it will be good for all. Your opinion please.........

I definitely don't recommend link sharing. Google says that participating in link exchange schemes can negatively impact your site’s ranking in search results — basically, they will punish you if they find out. Their guidelines.

Bad, bad idea. Just build content, don't cram with keywords or write for SEO, ignore Alexa (it is based mainly on their toolbar stats - ask yourself the question: how many people do i know with the Alexa toolbar?), and build up a good following on one or more of the popular social platforms (whichever one suits your audience best) with engaging non-shouty posts/tweets/updates/whatever.
