Cannot Access Design Studio

Good morning,

Ning is aware that I've been having issues lately, most recently I wasn't able to upload pics anywhere on the site.  I brought my computer to the good ole geeksquad and they discovered that the issue seemed to be Firefox, which I had just upgraded from the 12 to 16.  We changed to google chrome and it worked great!

I went home and made the necessary changes to the background, fonts etc...in design studio.  This was Thursday.

Last night, I went to Design Studio to change the color of my font, and ONCE AGAIN, CANNOT ACCESS DESIGN STUDIO....The circle in the center just keeps going around and around...

However, I CAN access all other areas on the dashboard AND have no problem uploading pics!!!

Ugh!! 

Anyone know why and how to fix it?  I did a search here and found someone had the same issue last year, but there was do reason or suggestions on how to fix it. 

I have submitted yet, another ticket..

do you know how to use firebug,if so open up firebug,open up design studio,find code in firebug that needs to be changed..design studio should open up..

now when doing this in firebug,your not doing it live so make sure you change code in design studio also

It sounds to me like you have a JavaScript in your design studio.  Virtually remove the JavaScript with Google chromes editor before you open the design studio and then remove the Java code.

If you need me to do it make a temporary administrative account and send me the information in a message.  I could have you up and running in less than two minutes LOL

thanks guys...I cleaned my cache on google chrome and it started to work immeditately, so thank u again~

Hey George,

I have a problem with "Profile Questions" in members Tab as I'm unable to make changes in it...as i try to create a new question...nothing happen but simply appear # in address bar..

Can you help??
