Does anyone have any experience with canonical link tag and how to install it on ning networks,so google don't crawl the same content with different web page name??

Hi Andrej,
You can currently do this on pages, because it allows insertion of custom tags inside the head section as described on that link you have provided.

If the problem is only with Google and only with parameters in url (things after the "?"), you can do fine tuning of it directly in the Google webmasters tools under "url parameters" (or something similar, sorry my WT interface is in french) : www.google.com/webmasters/tools/crawl-url-parameters
However, this doesn't solve all your canonicals issues...
