Anyone experiencing this? I added a new sub-tab. I can't drag and drop under the appropriate menu tab. I made sure javascript is enabled, and even turned off the pop-up blocker. I also tried in 3 browsers.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Jen

The only one I've had this problem with is the "leaderboard" tab. It won't move anywhere else but under "My Network". Other than that, I haven't had this problem. Sorry...
Thanks Diane! I appreciate you letting me if you were experiencing this. It let's me know, it's likely an isolated issue on my site. And probably has to do with some odd js or setting.
Thanks again,
Jen
Hi Jen,
I wasn't able to replicate this issue on my test network. Can you please open a Help Center ticket so we can have someone from our team take a look?
Hi Garnor,
Thank you for testing this. Yes, I will definitely send in a ticket - - tomorrow, about to leave for the day.
Thanks again,
Jen
Jen,
I've been getting the same issue when using ff or safari. With ie it only happen once in a while. When it does I just keep hitting the refresh page and eventually it works (in ie).
Thanks Scott! I'll give that a try. I've tried 4 browsers. But, I didn't try the refreshing many times.
Best,
Jen
Hi Jen. This has been going on my network for over a year. The only way it works is in IE. Here is a video I made for ning support to check out.
Morgan,

Can you have a look at this to see if it's still happening? I did see the problem you were having.

As part of my testing I did some things that should not really have fixed it, but then the tab info started loading on Firefox.

Let me know.

Thanks,

Patrick
Thanks Morgan,
:-)
Jen
I have had that issue with tabs as well, plus, at times I am not able to add a new tab or edit an existing tab. I am using Firefox. I just keep refreshing and eventually it corrects itself so that I can manage the tabs.
Thanks Maxx!
Me niether jen. I am not having this problem.
