Can't Upload Network Logo to Change Network Name

Hello, 

 

We are running Max OS 10.5.8 & Safari, Firefox browsers. We are trying to upload a network image to replace the network name. We have tried on both browsers to upload a simple image which is below: 

This image would replace the network name, again we have tried various methods. We've resized the image, changed the image name, tried various browsers, we are kinda stuck because it's pretty basic it should be working. Any ideas what to do next? 

 

P.S. When we try to upload the image it stays blank see image below:

Does anyone have an idea? We hate to have our network offline a whole day while we figure this out.

I'm not big on coding but will this work to change the network name? I do also need to change the background but I'm more concerned about the network name

Hello! May I ask what type of image it is? That is, what file type? Also, how large is the image?

Hey guys, I actually just got it to work! It looks like since the site was offline it wouldn't upload any vids or photos. It was offline for maintenance. Once I changed the privacy settings to let me work on it it uploaded everything fine. Thx for your help :)
