change or quit this grey border color of my sign up

Hi this is picture of register Window, i changed window size and type but problem is that appear me one grey color that i would like change for White or that no appear me. Is the border of window, Who can say me how to change this color? Plz its nimportant for me, thanks in advance. Bernard any idea? ;)
