Change photo thumbnail size

Hey my fellow ningers,

I have the photo module on my home page which is great except that the photo thumbnails are always different sizes due to the fact that the photos are different sizes/dimensions ..In my opinion it doesnt always look good.. here is an example

What i would like to do is have the thumbnail appear the same size as they do with album thumbnails. On album thumbnails although the photos are different sizes/dimensions the thumbnail is still the same size and shape. Here is an example..

 If anyone knows of any CSS that can solve this problem PLEEEEAAAAAASSSSEEE let me know.

Ive noticed that all the album thumbnails have "crop" attached to the end of the url like this: crop=1%3A1&width=139&height=139&width=139&height=139
