Chat is coming up blank for some members- SOS!

Hi there!  I have a few members that their chat screens are coming up blank.  I have no idea how to help them.  Please give some advice!

I would recommend that they stop using Internet Explorer. If they don't feel like switching, I would advise them to turn off Compatibility Mode.

Another thing you can do is have them click the pop up chat. When it's just along the bottom it has issues but when popped into a seperate window it seems to work just fine. My site does the same as yours.

Eric it would be an honour for me if you came to my site and left a message about using explorer..you wouldnt believe the deals i get into with dedicated explorer users..i even say NING told me so..and still no win with them..

yeh noticing as with pm even off popout..some dont see the first message entered ..i use a dot first then message ..

figure is a glitch will get worked out eventually..they have admitted on release of this chat..that improvements are still being worked on
