Hi there! I have a few members that their chat screens are coming up blank. I have no idea how to help them. Please give some advice!

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on May 24, 2012 at 12:41pm I would recommend that they stop using Internet Explorer. If they don't feel like switching, I would advise them to turn off Compatibility Mode.

Permalink Reply by Chris Herzig on May 24, 2012 at 2:21pm Another thing you can do is have them click the pop up chat. When it's just along the bottom it has issues but when popped into a seperate window it seems to work just fine. My site does the same as yours.

figure is a glitch will get worked out eventually..they have admitted on release of this chat..that improvements are still being worked on
