Hi!
I've been looking for check boxes in user profile pages, so they can show which interests they have. This is a site for photographers, and ideally I would need a way for them to show their interests. So I am thinking about setting up checkboxes in the user profile that they can tick.
Does anybody know if this is possible?
Cheers

Hi Roeland,
Yes, you can create this type of checkbox list using a profile question. Your members will be able to fill it out when they register, and the answers will appear on their profile page. Just create a new profile question at My Network > Members > Profile Questions. Choose Multiple Choice for the answer type, and tick the "Can pick more that one" option. Then just enter a comma separated list of all of the potential interests in the Choices section.
Thanks,
Phil

Thanks for teh quick answer!
I figured uot that I could do this in the registration process, but I would really like it if this was after the registration.
If I switch these things on, but keep them as optional, my guess is that this would work...
Hmm. Gotta try this.
