I was getting tired of the same look and feel and found this WONDERFUL designer who was able to revamp (including new logo) my Ning site in a week! It used to be called NewMediaHire  but it is now NewMediaSocial. Just a much cleaner site. HE WAS SUPER REASONABLE!

What he did:

• Added the directory page
  

• Redesigned the entire site (colors included)
• Did the logo
• Redesigned the jobs page
• We added the Leaderboards
• He added the news tab and page
• Added the social tabs on the side

And much more! I was really ready to start looking into other alternatives b/c of what I thought the limitations were of Ning after my year was up.

Because I changed the name, I have to wait for Alexa to combine my ranking and not sure what to do w/ Google b/c I was a 4/5 before but it's worth it!

BTW, I get nothing for referring him. Just thought I could show what can be done!

Hey Everyone,

I had only two people tell me that my Job Center is not appearing the way it should. Below is exactly what it should look like. I have Windows Vista and the latest Firefox and Explorer 7 & 8 and it was perfect. Also tested it on Windows 7 and no issues. Chrome no issues. If it doesn't look like it does below, could you please shoot me a screenshot (FN and PRT SC) on a PC but don't know how to do it on a Mac, and email me at robin (at) newmediasocial (dot)com. Let me know what version and browser you are using. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!! If you want you can even add to the tread and show me. Just wanted to save everyone from seeing all of this. THANKS A TON!!!!!
