Or...call your credit card company and tell them to stop payments to Ning immediately, THEN put in a help ticket.

Permalink Reply by Eric Suesz on January 16, 2011 at 10:37pm Did you not get a confirmation email? One should be sent to the email address you use as the Network Creator account. Do you have more than one account on Ning? I only ask because I would like to make sure there are no problems with the ticket submission process. You indicate there are, so I am trying to confirm a few details.
I'm truly sorry you are having trouble. I want to help. However, I am not able to make any changes like this without a ticket. I will look closely to see if your ticket went through and handle it myself if I can find it.
Permalink Reply by Paul Nison on January 16, 2011 at 11:34pm HI Eric,
I didn't get the confirmation email but I did get an email from you saying your saw the ticket and closed my account. Correct? So my network account is now closed and I won't be billed anymore? Please confirm and thank you for your help.

Permalink Reply by Shaun on January 17, 2011 at 12:42am @ Eric. OK, Paul is gone but I found this discussion very encouraging. Great to know there is someone at Ning able to respond promptly to issues. I think that's good service.
That said, could you please comment on my query regarding hassles with registration process for a new network. Or should I submit a ticket.
Thanks
Shaun

Yes i agree with you knowing having quick answers for questions promptly have had issues with my credit card and Aaron took care of this issue plus he has answered and resolve my questions very problems usually within 48-72 hrs of submitting the questions to the issues. But yeah in order to get issues resolved promptly submitting a query is the fastest way.A forum is for discussions and issue resolving is for the help section But out of the websites/fansites i have had 3 all together this one hands down is the best site i have ever had.
