Comet Chat Problems
Has anyone else had a problem trying to get CometChat to work? We've got a paid access site and have just signed up for the free trial. The problem is that chat just keeps loading and reloading and never works! We've tried IE and Firefox and tried it with and without Ning chat enabled but it makes no difference. We're waiting for Comet to sort it ...they said 8-14 hours to fix it.

Hey, Joan. I think that CometChat is probably the right folks to contact about this. I'm sure they will get to the bottom of it. Meanwhile, I guess you could simply uninstall it and use the old chat.
