Our network is relatively small (1100 members).  The site is all volunteer and we live off of donations.  We would love to have the video and whiteboarding functionality but the price is very, very steep to get that, based on our traffic.

How can we justify an additional $30/month for a feature when the most we have ever had chatting at once is 22 people?  I would be very open to alternatives and something that would allow the functionality without the high cost.

skysa.com offers for $5 but not mobile accessible. You can always switch to cometchat when you have the funds to upgrade to something with more power :) Check out the plus plan. Maybe you can spare 20?
