Comment wall new activity update notifications

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the same updates that appear on the latest activity feed (1 new item) on the comment walls of the blogs, discussions and group walls? The reason being is to save refreshing the page each time to see if anyone has replied,

Hey, westy. One option you might consider is putting the Activity Feed in the green box on your Features Layout. That way, it will appear on all pages. Make sense?

Thank you for getting back to me, yes that is a good idea - I will see what that looks like on the right hand column.

I did try something else before, a script that automatically refreshed the page but I think member's may find that annoying so I haven't applied it again.

I tried it out, and it looks pretty good if you are okay with a short column. But, if you prefer a wide column, it probably won't be an awesome solution.

Yeah I'm not sure about it, I guess I am used to it on the left lol! :)
