I just approved a members blog post. Comments are set so that any and all comments can be made. The appropriate switches are set to allow open commentary and yet I'm getting the above message at the bottom of the members post. I deleted the first and asked him to repost. he did with same result. What else could it be? Any help appreciated!

Make sure that he has checked "EVERYONE" under "Who can comment on this post?"

On comment moderation it says,
You are not currently moderating blog posts(change)

Hi Steve,
The word change is not highlighted because you can't play with his privacy setting. Tell him to change it.
