Comp with paid access
I was wondering how does the comp feature of the paid access work. I manage a network and there is a paid access group in which I am suppost to be able to join for free. I'm not to clear on how this works. When I try to join I'm taken to a make payment page with no other option. How does that work?

Hey, Kemi. Have you checked out the FAQ for this or the other documentation? We have about 20 articles in the Help Center that cover Paid Access. Here's a good place to start that deals with member comping.

Yes, I get what you're saying. It's a good idea. We considered adding discount codes, but that is a detail we weren't able to incorporate into the first version of Paid Access.
