"Create Similar Event" should be an option
For a site that is mainly event-driven, I would LOVE to be able to duplicate events without having to re-create the same event every single week. Please add this feature! It is such an easy feature to add....!!

I assume you mean recurring events. This has been discussed extensively here on Creators, and I believe there are plans to improve this some time in the near future. Just how near is not known.

Yes, recurring events are a necessity! I hope we're being heard on this. I also would love to see an automatic notification for those who rsvp which would remind them, via e-mail, of the event the day prior. It works very well on meetup.com and I could sure use it on my ning site.
