I agree with John about the red.. it is a bit harsh. I really like the little cycling news scrolly thing in your top bar though, it suits the site well. Your logo is fun too!

Personally, I would get rid of the explanation page when you click the forum tab. People now are familiar with forums. People that go there are not buying a bike from Walmart and have done their research. It is just an extra unnecessary click. Or, list the forums under a sub-tab of the forums tab so people can go straight to them.
