Odd thing happening on my network that ive never seen before, when signed in the site looks as it should (yes with the background that desnt fit properly =p) but when signed out its all over the place, not sure what code could be causing this? :/ http://theleafszone.com ive attached a couple screenshots, any help its appreciated! :)

UPDATE: Also doing the same thing when in the admin panel

HI Matt,

I just took a look at your site in IE 10 (windows 8), Chrome and Firefox and it looks good in all three. This is just as a visitor (or not "signed in). Has it come around for you? Try a hard refresh (ctrl+f5) ...that will clear the cache. Your browser may be confused and is loading a corrupted or mash-up of some sort of the page. What browser are you using?
