csv file - last visit...

Hi there,

yesterday, I dloaded the csv file of members in my network. I verified that the field "last visit" is only filled for some members. Why is that? Why can't I view the data of the last visit of each one?

Hi there, because this feature is activated few months back and there are many members who have not logged into your site after activated this feature. May be your site was created before this feature.

I only have "last visit" data since 14 set 2011. It was when the feature was activated?

No, it went live at the end of July.

Thks! So, what's going on?.... It menas that any oh the other registered members visited the network  between July and 14 september?

Hey, Vera. We've done a lot of double checking from people who have reported that their CSV download isn't accurate, but in almost all instances it has been working as expected. But, if you want to send us a message from your support link, we can take a closer look at yours. Here is some info about how it works.
